Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for your interest in the American Dream Initiative Solutions Summit in Lexington, Kentucky. If you have a question that is not answered in the below FAQs, please contact summit@AEI.org.

The Solutions Summit will take place on Friday, May 10, 2024 at the Lexington Griffin Gate Marriott Golf Resort and Spa in Lexington, Kentucky. An opening reception and dinner for summit speakers and participants will be held the evening before on Thursday, May 9 at Limestone Hall. The reception will begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by a dinner program starting at 6:30 p.m.

Limestone Hall is located on the third floor of the Old Fayette County Court House at 215 W Main St, Lexington, Ky 40507. Check-in for the opening reception begins at 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 9, 2024.

Parking: There is street parking around Limestone Hall and parking lots or garages available at the following locations. It is suggested to book your parking in advanced here:

Lexington Griffin Gate Marriott Golf Resort and Spa is located at 1800 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511. Once you arrive, please check-in at the summit registration table located in the general reception area. Breakfast is available starting at 8:00 a.m. ET, and the opening session begins at 8:30 a.m. ET on Friday, May 10, 2024.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available in a large parking lot at the entrance of the resort. Valet parking is also available at the main entrance.

There is no registration fee for the summit.

The deadline to register for the summit has been extended to Thursday, May 2, 2024. Please note that we will be unable to accommodate walk-ins.

This is an invitation-only gathering and space is limited, but we will do our best to accommodate your guest for the programming. If you would like to nominate another member of your organization to attend on your behalf, or you would like to bring a guest who you think would benefit from participating, please contact our conference team at summit@aei.org.

Summit participants will include state and local policymakers and staff members working in legislative bodies and government agencies, nonprofit and community leaders, research experts, business and education leaders, chambers of commerce staff, and more. Please note this is a private event and AEI reserves the right to approve all summit registrations.

If you hold public office, you are responsible for ensuring your attendance at this summit is in compliance with any ethics guidelines or requirements that affect you. If you need any information from us to ensure you are in compliance, please email our conference team at summit@aei.org as soon as possible.

The recommended attire for the summit is business casual.
